Claim your compliance identity
As it appears on your license. This is the name Medvetta will verify against a board.
DesignationSelf-declared today, and a label on the number rather than the number itself. Where you hold two, the wider ceiling wins.
Where you hold the license. You can add more states later; one is enough to claim.
Nothing is checked today. Adding it now means verification has somewhere to start if you ever turn it on.
Where the one expiry reminder goes.
Your free MVID is permanent - not a trial.
It gives you five foundational tools for establishing and managing your professional identity. An MVID can be issued at account creation, but it should remain explicitly Unverified until the required verification layers are completed.
- Your permanent MVIDIssued once, assigned to you permanently, and never reused or reassigned.
- A self-reported professional profileCreate your profile and choose whether its public page is visible or private.
- A personal credential walletAdd and maintain your own licenses, certificates, training records, and continuing education.
- A 30-day expiration reminderEnter your own expiration dates and receive one email reminder 30 days before each is due.
- Practice connection requestsSend, accept, or decline requests to connect your MVID with a practice.
Your MVID and these five features do not expire. Verification, verified affiliation history, and continuous monitoring require an active Medvetta Professional seat.
- Your affiliations are private by default. Medvetta never publishes where you work unless you choose to make that affiliation public.
- Your MVID belongs to you. No practice can claim, revoke, transfer, or inherit your ID.
- Your MVID is not a clinical record. It contains no patient, treatment, or chart information.
